Operations Manager
I have been the Operations Manager for Hope Lea since June 2026, but have been involved with Hope Lea since 2015. It's a very unique charity with such a wonderful team, and an even more wonderful group of service users.
Day Service Manager
Hope Lea has always been a big part of my life as I have worked here for many years. I started as a support worker in the former residential home, and I am now the Day Service Manager. It really is a special place.

I am a Support Worker at Hope Lea, providing person-centred support to help individuals maintain their independence, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life. I am committed to promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
